Hi dferg!

Well, we had some discussion at pt.wiktionary about the AbuseFilter extension and there have been no opposing voices, so I'm ready for the next step. However, the installation notes talk about adding stuff to LocalSettings.php, a file that I believe I don't have access to (I believe those installation notes only make sense for people outside the WikiMedia Foundation that are using WMF software to create their own wikis). Would you know how I should proceed considering that I don't have direct access to the core database of our wiki? Do I have to do a request on Bugzilla? Or is there someone who I can talk to directly? Last time I asked something at Bugzilla, it took more than two monts to get done...

Anyway, any help on the subject is appreciated. Thanks.
